FORMATION OF THE COMPANY

The Company BIONERGY, a.s. was established on 31 December, 2009 by partial separation of operations of Bratislavská vodárenská spoločnosť, a.s (Bratislava Water Company, hereinafter referred to as BVS, a. s.) dealing with sludge and gas management. BVS, a. s. invested into the subsidiary company BIONERGY, a.s. a part of its assets, material and technological equipment and staff.

CHARACTERISTICS OF THE COMPANY

A subsidiary company named BIONERGY, a.s. is a private joint-stock company, whose sole shareholder and founder is BVS, a. s., with the registered office at Prešovská 48, 826 46 Bratislava, ID: 35850370, recorded in the Business Register of the District Court Bratislava I, Sec.: Sa, insert no.: 3080/B. BIONERGY, a.s. is an independent entity that has no subsidiaries or any interest in other business companies.
